ROLA WHITE RESERVE DOURO DOC
Region:
This product of excellence and quality, with traditional characteristics,
originates from the Douro, a World Heritage Site.
Winemaking: Grapes de-stemmed and macerated on skins at 8° Celsius, then slightly crushed in a pneumatic press with the must obtained decanted into a 2,500-litres stainless steel vat for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 14° Celsius.
Tasting notes: On the nose, ROLA Reserva Douro white is an elegant white wine, with hints of apricot, white flowers, and wood. On the palate, this wine is extremely fresh with plenty of minerality, and a balanced acidity that leads to a long and persistent aftertaste.
